All staff at Amherst Primary School are determined to provide the highest possible standards of teaching and learning for every child. We aim to provide an exciting and engaging curriculum designed to meet our children’s needs and develop local and global perspectives. We aim to ensure learning is matched to a child’s ability and has the appropriate level of support and challenge. At Amherst, we value every child’s contribution and encourage them to respect and value those of others – demonstrated by achieving Rights Respecting Gold status in September 2024.
